Personality

• Brave:  Bayard's number one priority is protecting the herd. Ever since he was strong enough to run, he has requested to go on scouting missions with the older horses. He faces many things head on that would have most foals cowering behind their mothers.

• Vigilant: He is constantly listening, constantly watching. This leaves him very little time for relaxing or playing with the other foals so he doesn't have any friends for this reason.

• Serious: Bayard is very no-nonsense. The mares of the herd have attempted to get him to play and bound around but he has no interest in being frivolous.

• Scouting ahead, being entrusted with important duties

• Being treated like a child, having his ideas dismissed, missing something that he should have noticed
